Lord Jesus - you are the word of God made flesh.
Christ Jesus - you are the prince of peace.
Lord Jesus - you are the son of Mary.
As we celebrate the joyful Christmas season and the end of the year of 2021, we bring our prayers to our heavenly Father:
For the Church and our Church leaders, may we work together for peace and healing in our communities and an end to violence and anger.
For the leaders of the nations, may they work together in unity to make the world a safer place.
For all who are traveling for the holiday season, for safe travels, and for joyful new year celebrations for our families today and tomorrow.
For those who struggle to find food, clothing, shelter, and employment, that their basic needs may be fulfill.
For all who need healing in their lives body, mind and spirit.
For the prayers we hold in the silence of our hearts.
We present our present in joy and hope through your son Jesus Christ, our Lord forever and ever. AMEN.
