Lord Jesus - you followed the Father’s will.
Christ Jesus - you are the new covenant.
Lord Jesus - you are the Savior of the world.
As we celebrate the joyful Christmas season, we present our prayers to the heavenly Father:
1. For all believers, that we all may share the Good News in humility and patience.
2. For the leaders of the nations, may they work towards the resolution of conflicts and work taro’s peace and justice throughout the world.
3. For those who struggle to find peace and joy throughout the holiday season, that those who suffer from illness, loss, and hardship. That God’s grace may find them in unexpected ways.
4. For our Diocese and for all members of God’s family, that the joy of the Christmas season may bear fruit in their hearts.
5. For our personal needs and intentions that we recall in the silence of our hearts this morning.
Heavenly Father, we thank you for the blessings you give us in life and we thank you for your grace that helps us meet our challenges. We present these prayers through your son Jesus Christ, our Lord forever and ever. AMEN.
