Week in Indiana - wrapping up on Friday
I have been rather silent on my blog this week because I have been away from my parish in Tupelo and spending the week in Indiana. I have been in Indianapolis since last Monday night, visiting my friend Anne Belcher while she recovers from her surgery. It was so good spending time with Anne and her son Marty. Friday I give a presentation at St Meinrad Seminary in southern Indiana to a group of new pastors. I will be covering the topic of finance and accounting for them. Having been a CPA myself in my previous lifetime before becoming a priest, I was delighted that they asked me give a presentation on this topic. I will be returning to Tupelo on Friday. It has been a great week!
