Solemnity of Christ the King - Bulletin Reflection - 23 November 2025

With great joy, we reach the end of our liturgical year as we celebrate the solemnity of Christ the King. During the C cycle of readings at the weekend masses this current liturgical year, we have been hearing mainly from the Gospel of Luke. Starting next week with the new liturgical year, we enter Cycle A, where we mainly hear the Gospel of Matthew. Today’s Gospel is from Christ’s crucifixion, in which the good thief asks Jesus to remember him when he comes into his eternal kingdom. May Christ be the king of the reality of our lives and of our hearts. Blessings to all of you. Father Lincoln.
