Lord Jesus - you call us to reach out to our brothers and sisters.
Christ Jesus - you bring us the love of your Father.
Lord Jesus - you bring us love and hope.
We now offer our prayers to our heavenly Father:
That the Church may always be a place of mercy, reaching out to others with a warm welcome and with love, we pray to the Lord.
For those who are struggling with healing and forgiveness in their lives, may the Lord lead them to wholeness, healing, and strength.
That all of us may reflect the spirit of the Eucharist in our words, our thoughts, our actions, and our way of life.
That the Lord will lead all people to respect the dignity of human life from the moment of conception to the moment of natural death. That the Lord will lead us to corporal and spiritual works of mercy.
For the sick and shut-in of our parish community. For our deceased loved ones and family members, for their entry into eternal life.
For the prayers we hold in the silence of our hearts.
As we continue our journey during Ordinary Time, we present our prayers through your son Jesus Christ, our Lord forever and ever. AMEN.
