Lord Jesus - you bring us God’s mercy.
Christ Jesus - you call us to love our neighbor.
Lord Jesus - you bring us the love of the Father.
With faith and hope, we bring our prayers to our Heavenly Father:
1. For our world leaders and our Church leaders, that they will lead us to observe the values of the Gospel of life and help us to heal and reconcile the brokenness of our world.
2. For those children, youth and families. For safety during their summer travels. For God to accompany them throughout all their summer activities.
3. For our first responders, for the men and women serving in the military, for our veterans, and for our medical professionals.
4. For the unemployed, for those looking for new work, for those who are struggling to make it through the day, that they find encouragement in their faith and that God will lead them to when they need to be.
5. For those who need healing in mind, body and spirit. For those in the hospital, hospice, and nursing home.
6. For the prayers we hold in the silence of our hearts.
Heavenly Father, help us to live the values of your kingdom each day. We make our prayers this evening through your son Jesus Christ, our Lord forever and ever. AMEN.
