Prayer
for choir members –
Almighty
God,
You
ordained that the hearts of human beings be kindled by music,
And
that through music, our minds are more attuned to understand your divine
mysteries,
Grant,
we pray, that these music ministers receive a special blessing from you as we
start a new season of music,
That
the hearts of all of us here at St James may be lifted up by the music that
graces our Sunday liturgies.
May you
lead them and guide them in their music ministry – choir members, cantors,
organists, and sound technicians,
We they
feel the love and gratitude of all of our parish,
May
almighty God bless all of you – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. AMEN.
