St Mary Catholic Church Yazoo City - photo from Amtrak train
I took Amtrak to Chicago, where I flew out of O'Hare airport on my way to Barcelona and my retreat of the spiritual exercises of St Ignatius. On the train, we passed by Yazoo City, where I served as pastor for 2 1/2 years from October 2010 to February 2013. For me, it connected the past, present and future. A nice treat for me to see the parish where I have so many wonderful memories.
