We celebrate different liturgical themes throughout the year. In November, we celebrate the month of remembrance, as we commemorate and remember the faithful departed. In December, we commemorate Advent as we get ready for Christmas. In October, we honor the values of Catholic social teaching through respect life month. Respect for human life and being good stewards of all of God’s creation are at the foundation of our Catholic faith. Respect for human life has different characteristics, respecting human life from the moment of conception to the moment of natural death. We commemorate respect life month with great joy.
