Easter season is such a joyful time in our journey of faith. In the midst of our busy lives, we celebrate the presence of the risen Christ with us in a special way. It is important for us to continue to reflect upon the Easter message that we celebrated on Easter weekend throughout the Easter season. The Easter season also brings forth new life in the springtime, when many of us look forward to planting our gardens and to nice weather before the hot and humid summer temperatures hit us. Easter time is a good time for us to reflect on our faith and to how God is calling us to live out our lives. In July, I will be traveling to the University of Notre Dame in Indiana to present my capstone project on the Eucharistic renewal. Through this project, not only have I been about to reflect upon the way we understand and appreciate the presence of Christ with us in the Eucharist, but also to the ways we are living out the Eucharist in our everyday lives. How are we bringing the Eucharist to others and how are we bring our Eucharistic faith to others? Those are good questions for us to ponder during the Easter season. Blessings - Father Lincoln.
