This is a blog of homilies, reflections, and photos from a Roman Catholic priest serving in the Diocese of Jackson in the state of Mississippi. Currently, I am the pastor of Holy Savior in Clinton and Immaculate Conception in Raymond. I have served as Vicar General of the Diocese since July 2019. I also serve as Catholic chaplain in the federal prison in Yazoo City and the state prison in Pearl.

After serving as a priest at St Richard and Holy Family Parishes in Jackson, Mississippi for 2 1/2 years, then in Yazoo and Humphreys Counties in the Mississippi Delta for 2 years, then in Tupelo in Northeast Mississippi for 4 1/2 years, then at St Jude Catholic Church in the city of Pearl for 5 years, I now serve as pastor in the towns of Clinton and Raymond, just west of the city of Jackson. Since the summer of 2019, I have also been serving as the Vicar General of the Diocese of Jackson. I love being a priest here in Mississippi. I am very passionate about my service to God and his people.
